My fiance and I started working with Venus in May 2019 and closed on our home in Florham Park, NJ early January 2020. We had an extremely tight budget with an extensive wish list. I had been told previously by other agents that finding the home I was looking for was not realistic. But Venus worked closely and patiently with us, walking us through the entire home-buying process until closing. As first time homebuyers we had many questions and no experience - everything had to be explained to us thoroughly, sometimes even a few times. Between May - Nov, we looked vigorously, seeing close to 75+ houses. Not once did Venus ever get frustrated, even accommodating us when we requested to see multiple houses past 6PM on weeknights. She was always available by phone or email and has an excellent response time. Based on her recommendations in the negotiation process, we got our dream home at an extremely competitive price. Venus is an expert at what she does and comes with years of experience. I highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in the Northern Jersey area.
